Ruban Kaneshamoorthy

Ruban Kaneshamoorthy is Managing Director and Head of Investments for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group in Australia. In this role, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy leads the team responsible for sourcing, underwriting and execution of direct real estate and corporate real estate transactions for the group.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy held a number of senior roles in real estate private equity and investment banking at Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Bank and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. Mr. Kaneshamoorthy has experience on transactions across Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore and Japan.

Mr. Kaneshamoorthy holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
