Gretchen Horn

Gretchen Horn is the SVP, Chief Technology Officer at Brookfield Properties. Gretchen has over 20 years of experience in technology and application development. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, they were with GGP for 12 years where they were VP, Application Development. Gretchen has also worked with Equity Office Properties and Fujitsu/BORN as a Senior JDE Developer/Consultant. Gretchen started their career with Industrial Design Corporation as a Sr. JDE Applications Developer. Gretchen is a highly skilled and experienced technology executive who has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing technology strategy for some of the largest real estate companies in the world.

Their manager is Jared Chupaila, CEO. They are on a team with Stacie Heron - EVP, General Counsel and Secretary, Troy Benson - EVP, Leasing, and Kathy Rugebregt - SVP, Human Resources.
