Mark Kring has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mark began their career as a Real Estate Broker at Commercial Brokers, Inc. in 1985 and later worked at Burke Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis in the same role. In 1987, they founded Laser Application Corporation, where they served as President & CEO for a decade. In 1997, they joined E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group as a Senior Manager and later moved to Cap Gemini Telecom Media & Networks US., Inc. as a Senior Manager. In 2005, they became the Vice President of Technology at Standard Pacific Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes) and held that position for over a decade. Mark then served as the Vice President of Enterprise Applications at CalAtantic Group Inc. from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Vice President of Technology at Lennar before moving to their current role as the Vice President of Applications, Integrations, and Architecture at Brookfield Residential.
Mark Kring attended Cypress College from 1980 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Education. After completing their studies at Cypress College, they enrolled at California State University-Long Beach - College of Business, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. During their time at California State University-Long Beach, Mark focused on Finance and Real Estate and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in this field.
