Shane Pearson

In his role as EVP, Chief Legal Officer and COO, Business Services, Shane provides strategic and legal oversight and is responsible for the execution of the company's legal, transactional, governance and regulatory strategies as well as operations of the Management & Business Services group.

Shane joined the company in 2001 and has held various senior executive roles since that time. Shane earned a law degree from the University of Toronto and a bachelor's degree in environmental studies (Urban and Regional Planning) from the University of Waterloo.
