Sharon Pepenella

Sharon Pepenella is a seasoned professional in the field of research and education with extensive experience across various prestigious institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Research Programs Representative at Brookhaven National Laboratory since June 2023, Sharon previously held the role of Manager of Student and Public Research and Educator at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory DNA Learning Center from June 2015 to June 2023. Sharon's academic journey includes a Postdoctoral Associate position in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Rochester, as well as a Ph.D. and M.S. in Biochemistry from the same institution. Additionally, Sharon earned a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from SUNY Geneseo.
