Elif Ecer

Elif Ecer is a skilled professional with a diverse background in library science and administration. Currently serving as Collection Development Librarian and Acquisitions Librarian at The Brookings Institution since August 2019, Elif's responsibilities include overseeing the development of library collections. Prior experience includes a library internship at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center focused on the digitization of archival materials, as well as contributing to the U.S. Department of Justice's intranet and research resources. Previously, Elif worked at Sleep Disorders Centers of the Mid Atlantic as an HR and Billing Specialist, managing invoicing processes and financial reporting. Elif's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University.
