Colleen Kulp

Colleen Kulp is a Career and Workforce Librarian at High Plains Library District since January 2010. Prior to that, Colleen worked as a Teacher at Greeley Evans School District from August 2006 to May 2009. Colleen holds a Master's degree in Library Science from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Northern Colorado.
