Kelli Doré

Kelli Doré is currently the Head of People Operations at Brooklyn Data Co. Kelli has held this position since July of 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance and People Operations at User Interviews from November 2019 to July 2020. In this role, Kelli oversaw the hiring of a junior accountant, reduced outstanding accounts receivable from $500k to $278k, and coordinated month-end close with the external accounting team. Kelli also launched the organization's first pulse survey and the first round of "stay interviews." Kelli aggregated feedback and presented it to leadership with recommendations on steps forward. Kelli also launched Monthly Leadership/Manager Training and Tandem for coworking and cross-team collaboration efforts. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Kelli prepared a response and plan for employee’s varying needs including but not limited to flexibility for parents, mental health outreach for those living alone, and medical resources for those who may have been exposed to the virus.

Before their time at User Interviews, Kelli was the Executive Director at Organization Organizers (OrgOrg) from June 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they oversaw operations and directed strategic initiatives. Prior to OrgOrg, Kelli was the Operations Director at EVERGLADES LAW CENTER INC from February 2018 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for daily operations, budgeting, and personnel management.

Kelli has a long history of working in people operations. Kelli was the People and Operations Manager at Girl Develop It from February 2018 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for HR, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, event planning, and office management. Kelli has a proven track record of successfully managing people operations within organizations.

Kelli Doré graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English/Communications from Salem State University. Kelli then went on to get their Master of Science in Natural Resource Policy and Administration, Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. Kelli is also a Founding Community Member and has a certification from LifeLabs Learning.

They are on a team with Ilan Man - VP, Data & Analytics, Lisa Fang - Analytics Engineer, and Ilse Ackerman - VP, Data & Analytics. Kelli Doré reports to Herbie Weisburgh, General Counsel.
