Fraser MacLeod has over 12 years of professional experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Project Manager for End User & Infrastructure Services at First Data Corporation. Fraser then moved to Deutsche Bank in 2009, where they held two roles, Vice President of Capital Markets Technology and Assistant Vice President of Global Technology Operations. In 2012, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior Project Manager for Operational Excellence and Manager of Data Centre Optimisation. During their tenure, they were responsible for the closure and refresh of two strategic Data Centres in London, as well as the delivery of overhead cabling trays, air conditioning units, and flooring tiles. Fraser also managed the migration of over 3500 mission critical servers. In 2015, they became a Portfolio Manager for Data Centre Transformation at NatWest Markets Plc. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Strategic Change at Thomson Reuters. In 2019, they took on the role of Director of Technology Compliance at Danske Bank. In 2020, they were hired as an Engagement Manager at Brooklyn Vendor Assurance and a Principal Consultant at Astute IT. Finally, in 2021, they were appointed Director of Adroit Payroll.

Fraser MacLeod graduated from the University of Westminster in 2007 with a BA (Hons) in Business Management. Fraser also obtained three certifications: FinOps Certified Practitioner from the FinOps Foundation in 2020, ITIL Foundation V3 in 2007, and Prince 2 Practitioner in 2007. Prior to this, Fraser attended Mayflower High School from 1997 to 2004.
