Ian Rapaport

Ian Rapaport is a seasoned attorney currently serving as Partner and Senior Trial Attorney at Brooks Injury Law, LLC, where responsibilities include representing injured individuals in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Previously, Ian held the position of Head of Complex, North American Casualty Claims at AXIS Capital, overseeing high-profile claims and participating in various legal proceedings across the United States. With extensive experience at CNA Insurance, Ian advanced from Managing Trial Attorney, where litigation management and oversight of a legal team were key roles, to AVP - Counsel & Legal Vendor Management, focusing on strategic litigation management. Ian also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law, and co-founded Chambers, Aholt & Rickard, LLP, specializing in various areas of plaintiff litigation. Ian holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
