Paul Kreis

Paul Kreis is currently an Organizational Development Executive at Brooks International. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Advisor to the Afghanistan Minister of Defense from 2015 to 2016, coordinating national security policy and strategy among multiple Afghanistan government institutions with NATO military and diplomatic leaders.

From 2013 to 2015, Paul served as Brigade Commanding Officer (Chief Operating Officer) for the First Army. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operation of the brigade, including training, readiness, and deployment.

Most recently, Paul served as Division Chief, Current Operations and Integration (Senior Operations Director) for the United States Army from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all current operations and integrating new technologies and processes into the Army.

Paul Kreis has a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and is a graduate of the Air Ground Operations School - Joint Firepower and Control Course, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the Combined Arms and Service Staff School (CAS3). Paul is also a Certified Army Instructor - Training Development Course from the U.S. Army Infantry School.
