Amanda Barnes-McClellan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amanda started their career as a Project Manager at Bring the Green, where they successfully created an event to promote health and fitness in the community. Amanda later joined Fusion Education Group as the Director of First Impressions, where they provided administrative support and assisted high-level executives. Amanda then served as the Business and Marketing Director at TreeRunner Parks, where they managed social media content and successfully rebranded multiple locations. In their most recent role as the Marketing Manager and Diversity Strategist at Brooks Kushman P.C., they developed marketing strategies and led the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Amanda is currently the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at the same company, where they cultivate relationships with community organizations and delivers strategic insights for DEI solutions.

Amanda Barnes-McClellan completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Grand Valley State University. Amanda pursued their undergraduate degree from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Amanda also obtained a certification in CHA Level 3 English with Jumping and Level 2 Western from the Certified Horsemanship Association in May 2014.
