Robert Berliner

Robert Berliner has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property law. Robert founded their own firm, Berliner & Associates, in 2006, where they specialized in patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, licensing, and litigation. Prior to that, they worked at Fulbright & Jaworski as a Partner and Of Counsel from 1997 to 2006. Robert began their career at Robbins, Berliner & Carson, LLP as a Partner in 1968 and remained there until 1997. In 2018, they merged their practice with Brooks Kushman P.C. and currently serves as Of Counsel. Throughout their career, they have worked with clients in various countries and has a strong background in representing universities and start-ups.

Robert Berliner attended The City College of New York from 1952 to 1956, though their degree and field of study are unknown. Later, they enrolled at Michigan State University College of Law, where they earned a JD degree in law.
