Samantha Hamilton-Smith

Samantha Hamilton-Smith currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at Brooks Macdonald since April 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Vice President - Learning & Talent Senior Manager at T. Rowe Price from January 2020 to May 2023 and worked as VP - Senior Learning Consultant at Northern Trust Corporation from January 2018 to January 2020. At Credit Suisse, Samantha was a Learning & Development Manager, overseeing global programs and learning initiatives from November 2012 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes roles with Alexander Mann Solutions, Royal Bank of Scotland, Resource Solutions, MSB, and Crone Corkill, all focusing on recruitment and talent management within various sectors. Samantha earned a BA Hons degree in Business Administration from West Herts College, graduating with a 2:1 classification.
