Emily Yee is an experienced Applications Technologist currently working at Brookside Flavors and Ingredients since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Sensient Technologies Corporation from September 2018 to March 2023, where titles included Innovation Scientist and Sr. Innovation Associate, as well as Applications Technologist I specializing in Vegan Flavors. Previous positions include Quality Assurance Coordinator and Intern at DesignPac, and a Student Consultant for Product Development at the University of Wisconsin Extended Campus. Emily began with internships focused on café development and operations at the DuPage Children's Museum and product development within the Urban Farm Project at the University of Wisconsin-Extension. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2017.
