Allan Hoffman

Allan Hoffman, ACC, CTC, DS, LS, possesses extensive experience in various roles within customer service and travel management. Currently serving as CSR III at Citibank (Banamex USA) since March 2007, Allan also holds the position of Sales Specialist & Interactive Customer Service at Brookstone since September 2006, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in a retail environment. As the CEO of Cruise & Vacation Agents/Hoffman & Hoffman International since January 1986, Allan leads a prominent home-based travel consultancy, driving international development across multiple regions and managing web traffic and advertising revenue. Previous experience includes consulting for American Express and serving as a Travel Consultant II for BCD Travel, along with early roles in healthcare as a Pharmacy Technician and Administrative Extern. Allan's educational background includes a Certificate in Pre-MBA Studies from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a BS in Social Work from East Carolina University.
