Rico Chow

Rico Chow is an experienced User Experience Lead currently at bp since October 2021, with a strong background in directing design initiatives across various sectors. As Director at XD ORIGAMI LTD since November 2016, Rico also held multiple pivotal roles at HSBC, including Lead UX Consultant for both Private Bank and Commercial Banking, where responsibilities included reimagining flagship products and leading UX for business banking applications. Prior experience encompasses user experience leadership at Accenture Song, Pomegranate Media Ltd, and Publicis Sapient, contributing to significant projects such as NHS pension modernisation and multi-channel platforms for major clients. Rico holds an MSc in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from UCL and a BSc in Interactive Systems Design from Alliance Manchester Business School.
