Michelle S. Harkavy

Michelle Harkavy is a General Counsel at Brosnan Risk Consultants. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in labor and employment law.

Before joining Brosnan Risk Consultants, Michelle was associate general counsel at SOS Security LLC, a multimillion-dollar company with 18,000 employees and 55 offices in 20 states. In this role, they managed all aspects of wage and hour issues, employment practices, and discrimination while serving as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives.

Michelle has a wide range of experience in the legal field. Michelle has managed Union and non-Union compliance, and Human Relations issues, as well as handled collective bargaining for several large clients. Michelle has also provided onsite training to clients on all aspects of policy and practice to maintain compliance with Human Resources, labor, and employment statutes and laws. In addition, they have handled a wide variety of legal issues, including the management of all labor, employment, and general litigation. Michelle has also administered the nationwide EEOC and state agency charge work for several large clients.
