Tiffany Dubois

Tiffany DuBois, SHRM-SCP, has a breadth of work experience primarily in the field of human resources. Tiffany most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Broussard Brothers Inc since July 2019. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Metal Shark Boats, including Senior Human Resources Manager from October 2016 to August 2019, and Director of Human Resources from August 2018 to July 2019. Before joining Metal Shark Boats, Tiffany worked as a Controller at COMM Engineering from May 2015 to October 2016. Tiffany also has experience in the energy industry with roles at Stone Energy Corporation as a Human Resources Coordinator in Benefits and Stock from April 2008 to April 2015, and as a Reserve Analyst from March 2005 to April 2008. Earlier in their career, Tiffany worked as a Representative at Deep South Financial Services from May 2003 to March 2005, and as a Sales Agent at Aflac from October 2001 to September 2003.

Tiffany DuBois, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Erath High School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained an Honors Diploma through the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program. In addition to their educational background, Tiffany DuBois holds the certifications of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), obtained from SHRM in February 2018, and SHRM-SCP, obtained from the Society of Human Resources Management in February 2018.
