Erika Pagel

Erika Pagel is the current CIO of Sustainable Investing at Brown Advisory. Erika has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

Pagel started their career at MFS Investment Management in 1996 as a Client Service Representative. Erika then moved to Schroders in 1999 as a Research Assistant. In 2000, they joined UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director.

In 2006, Pagel left UBS to join Balyasny Asset Management L.P. as an Analyst. Erika stayed with Balyasny for two years before joining Silver Bridge in 2010 as an Investment Advisor. Pagel stayed with Silver Bridge until 2012 when they joined their current firm, Brown Advisory.

Erika Pagel's educational career began at St. Luke's High School, where they studied economics and English. Erika then continued their studies at Hartwick College, where they majored in economics and English.

Their manager is Carey Taylor, Head of Sustainable Investing Business.
