Puneet Asthana

Puneet Asthana has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Puneet started their career as an Avionics Engineer at British Airways in 1998. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Icom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from 2000 to 2002. Puneet then joined FCS Software Solutions as a Senior Executive in Business Analyst & Pre-Sales role from 2002 to 2004. Puneet later joined Reliance Communications in 2004 as a Business Analyst and eventually worked their way up to become the General Manager of Information Technology. Puneet made significant contributions by implementing new technologies and gaining a competitive advantage for the organization. In 2017, they joined HDFC securities as the Head of Technology Solutions & Architecture and served in that capacity until 2023. Currently, Puneet is working at ICICIdirect as the SVP & Head of Information Technology Operations.

Puneet Asthana is currently pursuing a Certification in Digital Strategy Leadership from the Indian School of Business. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Information Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) between 2005 and 2008. Puneet'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Engg degree in Communication & Navigation from the Aeronautical Society of India, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998.
