Joe Carpenter, CFA, has extensive experience in the investment management industry, currently serving as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Brown Advisory since January 2015. Prior to this role, Joe was employed at Cambridge Associates, LLC, from June 2010 to January 2015, where Joe advanced from Analyst to Senior Analyst and Team Leader. Joe began his career in finance with an internship at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in July 2009. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, earned in 2010.
