Kelli Nemeth

Kelli Nemeth is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles within the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Brown and Caldwell since July 2013, Kelli focuses on talent strategy, team development, organizational design, succession planning, and change management. Previous roles at Brown and Caldwell included HR Business Partner, HR Supervisor, and HR Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed employee development, relations, and performance management. Prior to Brown and Caldwell, Kelli held the position of Human Resources Manager at Kiewit and served as Recruiting Manager at Western Summit Constructors Inc., along with earlier experience as a Recruiter and Office Manager at Adecco Staffing. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in AMPD and Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
