Ashley Frescoln

Ashley Frescoln is an Attorney at Brown & Carlson, P.A. since September 2017, with prior experience as a Law Clerk. Frescoln also served as a Certified Student Attorney in the Immigration Law Practice Group at the University of St. Thomas School of Law during the Fall of 2017 and 2018, representing clients at asylum interviews. Prior roles include working at SFM Mutual Insurance Company from June 2013 to September 2017, where responsibilities included investigating workers' compensation fraud and managing claims. Additionally, Frescoln was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Mary Vasaly at Hennepin County District Court, conducting legal research and preparing memoranda. Ashley Frescoln holds a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Anthropology, and Family Studies from St. Olaf College.
