Sampath Abeysekera

Sampath Abeysekera began their work experience in 2003 as a Jr. Executive (HR) at Aitken Spence. In 2005, they joined the Reconstruction and Development Agency (President's Office) as a Programme Analyst until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Abeysekera held roles at Brown & Company PLC, starting as a Manager - Product & (Special Projects) and later transitioning to Manager Sales. Sampath'sresponsibilities included achieving sales objectives, analyzing marketing trends, managing product range, and researching new products. Abeysekera's work experience demonstrates their expertise in sales and project management.

Sampath Abeysekera's education history begins with their primary and secondary education at Nalanda College Colombo from 1987 to 2000. Sampath then went on to obtain a Diploma of Business from PIBT in 2001, with a focus on Business Management and Marketing. In 2002, Sampath pursued a Bachelor of Business degree at Edith Cowan University, specializing in Marketing and Management, which they completed in 2004. Sampath later enrolled in the University of Colombo and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) between 2012 and 2014, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2018, Sampath attended the Dr. Mikel J Harry Six Sigma Management Institute Asia to acquire a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSB), where they studied Structured Problem Solving and Lean Six Sigma.
