Eric Martin, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in different industries. Eric started their career as a Recruiting Manager at Supplemental Health Care in 2012. In 2014, they joined Wegmans Food Markets as a Service Team Leader and later worked as a Management Trainee. From 2015 onwards, Eric worked at Brown Distributing Company FL/VA, starting as a Corporate Recruiter and progressing to the role of HR Generalist. In 2018, they became the Strategic Planning and Resource Manager, and in 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of Strategic Planning and Resources.
Eric Martin, MBA, SHRM-CP holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2015.
In terms of their undergraduate education, Eric Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the State University of New York Cortland between 2007 and 2011.
Aside from their formal education, Eric also possesses several additional certifications. Eric became a Predictive Index Practitioner through The Predictive Index in November 2017 and obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2016. Furthermore, they hold a Certified Food Safety Manager certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) which was obtained in 2014. Additionally, they have completed the 10-Hour General Industry Safety and Health certification through the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Lastly, Eric has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Florida Atlantic University.
