Yosef Berlyand

Yosef Berlyand, MD, currently serves as the Associate Director of Quality and Patient Safety and Emergency Medicine Attending Physician at Brown Emergency Medicine while also holding the role of Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University since July 2023. Dr. Berlyand completed residency training in emergency medicine at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency, primarily at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, from June 2019 to June 2023. Prior research experience includes positions as a Research Specialist and Research Assistant at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and additional research roles at various institutions. Dr. Berlyand earned a Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
