Paola Pugliese is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and communications across various industries, including luxury fashion and home furnishings. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Brown Jordan Inc. and a member at Chief since June 2024, Pugliese previously held the position of Global Director of Brand Marketing and Communications at Frette, driving significant growth and brand repositioning efforts. With a strong background in digital strategies, Pugliese has also worked with notable companies such as IKEA Group, where award-winning campaigns were developed, and Max Mara Fashion Group, leading global digital communications.
