Clara Krivoy has extensive work experience in the legal field. Clara currently holds the position of Head of Digital Commerce and Head of Ibero-America Private Clients at Brown Rudnick LLP, which they have been in since 2017. In this role, Clara provides legal advice to clients involved in blockchain, tokenized ecosystems, regulatory compliance, global tax planning, and intellectual property protection, among other areas. Prior to Brown Rudnick LLP, Clara worked at Chadbourne & Parke LLP as a Partner and Head of Ibero-America Private Clients Practice from 1999 to 2017. Clara also has experience as an Associate at Bryan Cave LLP in the Corporate International Group from 1996 to 1999, and as an International Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 1994 to 1995. Clara started their legal career as a Legal Intern at Torres, Plaz & Araujo from 1989 to 1991.

Clara Krivoy has a strong educational background in law. Clara obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello between 1987 and 1992. Clara then pursued further studies at New York University School of Law, where they completed a Master's Degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from 1992 to 1993. Continuing their academic journey, they then obtained another Master's Degree, this time in LLM International Economic Transactions, also from New York University School of Law, which was completed in 1994.
