Carl Lechner

Carl Lechner has led a successful career in sales, business development, and sales management. Since moving to the Northern Virginia area in 2011 from Long Beach, CA he has heavily focused on providing products and services to the commercial real estate and data center markets throughout the US. Carl has built up a strong and diverse network within the local and national data center ecosystem with a wide range of relationships that includes end-users, colocation providers, general contractors, consultants, brokers, and numerous related service providers, vendors, and contractors who support the construction and operations of data center and commercial facilities. Carl was born and raised in Maine and is married with two boys. He graduated from California State University at Long Beach and is a former Navy musician. Carl remains active in music, playing drums with a DC-based classic rock band.
