Adam Challinor

Adam Challinor has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Adam began their career as a Fund Accountant at BNY Mellon in 1999 and then moved on to various positions at Morgan Stanley, including Fixed Income Trading Assistant, Fixed Income Primary Trading Analyst, and Fixed Income Sales. In 2005, they worked as a Fixed Income Product Control at BNZ before joining Citi as a Manager Equity Product Control in 2006. From 2007 to 2013, they served as the Global Head Capital Markets P&L Control at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking. Adam then transitioned to BNP Paribas Wealth Management, where they held the roles of Head of Business Risk Management & Organization, and later, Chief Risk Officer UK. Currently, they are the Head of Operational Risk at Brown Shipley, a position they have held since December 2017.
