Theo Sparrow

Theo Sparrow has over 27 years of work experience in the banking industry. Theo is currently working as the Head of Credit Risk at Brown Shipley, where they lead a team of up to 8 people in handling private banking credit transactions. Theo is responsible for the end-to-end processing of these transactions, including structuring, analysis, approval, documentation, and monitoring. Additionally, Theo chairs the Credit Committee, runs the Strategic Credit Committee, and attends/presents at Enterprise Risk and Board Risk meetings. Before joining Brown Shipley, they worked at EFG Bank for 24 years, serving as the Director and Head of Credit. Theo also has experience working at Barclays Bank, where they managed the Overhead Review Project and led the Debt Recovery Unit as a Team Leader.
