Kenia McCarthy, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of BioMed Human Resources at Brown University, Kenia has previously held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lifespan and as an HR Generalist at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island.
