Sarah joined BrownGreer in March 2011 working in various HR roles throughout the years, recently promoted to Human Resources Manager in March 2020. Sarah is responsible for overseeing staffing procedures, HRIS administration, benefit administration, payroll processing, employee engagement, wellness, as well assisting the HR team with employee relations, recruiting, and policies and procedures.
She is focused on building and administering efficient processes and policies for the firm while supporting a collaborative, engaging, and respectful environment for the workforce.
