Kaustav R. has a background in marketing operations and campaigns. Kaustav started their career in 2018 at Soroco as a Marketing Operations Specialist, where they worked until 2022. Kaustav then joined Freshworks as a Marketing Campaigns Specialist, where they worked for a year. Currently, Kaustav is working at BrowserStack as a Senior Associate in Marketing Operations.

Kaustav R. began their education by attending Presidency University in Kolkata from 2013 to 2016. Kaustav obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree with a major in History during this time. Kaustav then pursued further education at the Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media from 2017 to 2018, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). Additionally, Kaustav has obtained several certifications, including HubSpot Marketing Software in January 2022, Email Marketing in December 2021, Google Ads Fundamentals in September 2019, and Inbound Certification in March 2020.
