Technical Support Specialist - Integrated Solutions at Browzwear

Sam Ruane has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Failure Analysis Technician and General Operative at Apple. In 2016, they joined SYNCREON as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided general 2nd level technical support to local site and specialized support as Subject Matter Expert to a wider global team including file server migration, administration and Office 365 software license management. Sam also worked with relevant specialized teams to provide appropriate infrastructural developments. In 2022, they joined Browzwear as a Technical Support Specialist - Integrated Solutions.

Sam Ruane obtained their Leaving Certificate from Douglas Community School between 2003 and 2010. Sam then attended St. Johns Central College Cork from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained their FETAC level 5 in Applied Sciences. Sam also holds a FETAC level 5 Applied Sciences certification from FETAC.
