Yael (Stern) Shimrat

Yael (Stern) Shimrat has over 17 years of work experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics. Yael started their career in 2004 at Gilon, where they worked as a Project Manager, System Analyst, and BI Developer. In 2010, they joined NICE Ltd as a Senior BI System Analyst and BI Analysts Team Leader, where they were responsible for managing and leading multiple BI projects from planning to delivery, including budget and sub-contractors management. In 2019, Yael joined Roojoom as the Head of BI, where they were responsible for leading and establishing the BI and data analytics domain and collaboratively working with the company’s different departments to provide and support all data analysis needs. In 2021, they joined Browzwear as the Head of BI & Analytics.

Yael (Stern) Shimrat completed an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Tel Aviv University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to this, they obtained a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University between 2001 and 2005.
