Carlos Parra

Team Lead Global Product Support- On Water Products at BRP

Carlos Parra has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carlos started their career as a Technical Instructor at Asia Motors Brasil in 1998 and then moved on to Izzo Marine as an After Sales Coordinator in 2000. After that, they worked as a Project Analyst at Exata Master from 2002 to 2003.

From 2003 to 2012, Carlos served as a Coordinator for After Sales & Service at BRP. Following that, they became the owner of Carparra S/C from 2013 to 2014. Carlos then worked as a Warranty and Service Supervisor at Chery Motors from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Carlos joined BYD as an After Sales Coordinator before transitioning to BRP once again in 2016, this time as an After Sales Representative for LATAM. Carlos continued their career at BYD Brasil as an After Sales Manager from 2019 to 2021.

Currently, Carlos is working at BRP as a Team Lead for Global Product Support for On Water Products since September 2022. Before this role, they were a Team Lead for Customer Services for LATAM and US/SE from 2021 to 2022.

Carlos Parra attended Anhanguera Educacional from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Control Engineering.
