Sebastien Lauziere

Sebastien Lauziere has extensive experience in the field of compensation, benefits, and global rewards. Sebastien currently holds the position of Director of Total Rewards and Global Payroll at BRP. Prior to this, they worked at Alstom Group as the Global Benefits Director and Canada HR Director, where they were responsible for designing, managing, and financing global benefits plans. Sebastien also served as the Compensation and Benefits Director at Alstom Group, leading compensation activities and managing the payroll delivery team. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Quebecor World Inc., focusing on the design and administration of pension and benefits plans. Sebastien Lauziere began their career as a Consultant at Towers Watson, supporting clients with group benefits plan design and implementation. Sebastien also worked as a Consultant at Morneau Shepell and as a Pricing Actuary at SSQ Groupe financier | Financial Group.

Sebastien Lauziere obtained a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences from Laval University, completing their education from 1991 to 1994.
