Robert McLenon Jr PE, LEED AP has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Robert started their career as a Civil Designer at L.N. Hayden Engineers & Surveyors from 1985 to 1988. Robert then joined IBI Group as an Associate, Senior Civil Engineer, and Group Leader, where they specialized in automotive test track design, railroad design, and sustainable/green design. Robert successfully managed and designed civil site development projects in the industrial and commercial sectors. At IBI Group, they worked on notable projects such as the Porsche Experience Center tracks in Atlanta, Georgia, and Carson, California. In 2017, they joined BRPH as a Project Director focused on automotive test track projects.
