Robert McLenon Jr PE, LEED AP has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Robert started their career as a Civil Designer at L.N. Hayden Engineers & Surveyors from 1985 to 1988. Robert then joined IBI Group as an Associate, Senior Civil Engineer, and Group Leader, where they specialized in automotive test track design, railroad design, and sustainable/green design.
