They have held positions at various companies, including BRPH Companies, HLMB, Inc., Jacobs Engineering, and Silverman Construction Program Management, Inc. They have also been involved in land development at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and Pinnacle Engineering. They hold degrees from Florida International University, Florida Institute of Technology, Kansas State University, and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
