Eric Fullerton, P.E.

Eric Fullerton, P.E. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to engineering and management. Eric started their career at Herr Voss as an Electrical Project Engineer, where they designed and implemented coil process and packaging lines for the metals industry. Eric was responsible for coordinating commissioning teams, managing interdisciplinary engineering functions, and ensuring quality control on equipment and documentation.

Eric then worked at RedZone Robotics as an Electrical Engineer, where they focused on automation engineering for robotic systems aimed at removing personnel from hazardous areas. Additionally, they designed and built production systems for end users.

Following that, they joined Benshaw Inc as an Electrical Engineer, specializing in AC drive system design and manufacture. Eric supervised engineering and drafting personnel for Variable Frequency Drive and Soft-Starter projects.

Next, they worked at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. as the Manager of the Field Service and Quality Sections. In this role, they established and managed a productive team providing service and support to both internal and external customers. The team supported long off-site assignments and handled daily project functions.

Eric then moved on to Siemens Energy, where they held multiple roles. As the Business Development Manager, they developed sales strategies and performed market research for HVDC and FACTS projects. Eric also established customer relationships to secure long-term projects and meet growth targets for the US market. Later, as the Manager of FACTS/HVDC O&M US, they managed after-sales and operation & maintenance personnel for HVDC installations. This experience gave him extensive technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in HVDC/FACTS O&M facilities. Eric also had profit and loss responsibility for the Service and Operation & Maintenance business segment.

Currently, Eric Fullerton, P.E. is the Manager of Engineering at Bruce & Merrilees Electric Co., where they oversee engineering operations.

Throughout their career, Eric Fullerton, P.E. has gained expertise in various aspects of engineering, management, and technical troubleshooting in the power and robotics industries.

Eric Fullerton, P.E. has a strong educational background in engineering. Eric began their education at Penn State University in 1988 and completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology in 1991. Eric continued their studies at Penn State and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering in 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has also pursued additional certifications. Eric obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from the Lean Sigma Corporation in April 2017. Eric is also a licensed Professional Engineer through the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
