Tim Moriarty

Tim Moriarty is an experienced financial professional specializing in trading and merchant roles within the energy and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as a Power Trader at Bruce Power since January 2010, Tim has previously held positions at Cargill as a District Merchant, TransAlta as a Real-Time Trader, Newedge as a Floor Trader/Account Executive, and Richardson International in various roles including Oat Trader and Rail Logistics. Tim began his career in operations at Richardson International, progressing through several roles to become a senior trader. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from the University of Regina and earned the Derivative Market Specialist designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
