Jennifer Dragon

Jennifer Dragon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable and collections management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager and US AR Team Lead at Bruker since October 2022, Jennifer has previously held significant roles at Deloitte as a Collections Manager, where responsibilities included leading a member settlement team and managing delinquency and cash goals. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Signify as Credit and Collections Manager, effectively managing a portfolio of $500M while overseeing a team of 18 collectors. Jennifer's expertise also encompasses roles at Philips Lighting, Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, Brockway-Smith Company, Contact East, and Andover Bank. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, alongside two associate degrees in the same fields from NECC and Castle College.
