Millie le Riche

Millie Le Riche is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Outlet Manager at Brunch & Cake since March 2024, Millie previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at OY Hospitality from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Restaurant Manager for two pre-opening venues in Sharjah with Bulldozer Group from September 2021 to September 2022, and as Restaurant Manager at Katsuya By Starck from November 2018 to December 2020. Millie’s foundational experience with Alshaya Group from June 2013 to August 2018 included roles as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, and Hostess, alongside earlier experience as a Waitress and Supervisor at Voorstrandt Restaurant from November 2006 to June 2013. Millie holds a National Certificate from Vredenburg High School, completed in 2006.
