Katherine Lee

Katherine Lee serves as the Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Americas at Brunswick Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Katherine gained substantial experience at Milltown Partners, where tenure included positions as Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on developing engagement plans and communications strategies for global investment and technology firms. Earlier career highlights include multiple roles at FTI Consulting Strategic Communications, where Katherine progressively advanced from Consultant to Director in Financial Services, and a stint as a Business Reporter for Medill News Service. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business and Financial Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, complemented by a high school diploma from Daewon Foreign Language High School.
