Larry Yu

Larry is a communications leader who has worked at and advised many of the world’s foremost technology companies.

He was most recently at Accel, a leading venture capital firm, where he was the partner responsible for the firm’s marketing and communications efforts. Before Accel, Larry was a partner at The Pramana Collective, a project-focused integrated communications consultancy founded by executives from Facebook, Skype and Twitter. His client work spanned consumer electronics start-ups, consumer Internet companies and enterprise software start-ups.

Previously, Larry worked at Facebook, where he was the head of corporate communications as the Facebook community grew from 100 million to 1 billion people, and the company transitioned from privately-held to publicly-held. Larry joined Facebook from Google, where he held product communications and corporate communications roles. He has also worked at Cisco Systems and communications firms MWW and Edelman. Business Insider featured Larry as one of the leading technology communications people on a number of different occasions. Larry received a B.S. in Advertising and an emphasis in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
