Juha Juvonen

Juha Juvonen is an experienced asset and project manager in the real estate sector, currently serving as an Asset Manager at Brunswick Real Estate since May 2022. Prior to this role, Juha held asset management positions at M7 Real Estate Ltd and Avanto Property Team Oy, and worked as a Project Manager at Realia Management, where responsibilities included coordinating client proposals and managing internal development projects. Juha also has extensive experience in project management and consulting for real estate management services and sustainability initiatives at Fatman Oy and Vahanen Group, contributing to projects involving LEED and BREEAM certifications. Juha holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics and Valuation from Aalto University.
