Katelyn Crowley

Katelyn Crowley, MBA, serves as the Head of People at BRUNT Workwear, focusing on strategic people initiatives for a rapidly growing brand in the workwear sector. Katelyn is an active member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum and Hacking HR, engaging with senior HR leaders to tackle contemporary business challenges. Additionally, Katelyn contributes to the BLAC Internship Program as a member of the Fundraising Committee, advocating for the inclusion of young Black individuals in advertising. Katelyn previously held various roles at Advantage Solutions, including Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Organizational Development, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experience and managing organizational change. Katelyn's educational background includes an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a BA in Marketing, both from Simmons University, along with a Certificate of Global Studies from Semester At Sea.
