Drew Anderson is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Brush Creek Ranch since March 2018, Drew has previously held multiple leadership roles within the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection, including General Manager and Culinary Director. Prior experience includes working for White Lodging from December 2007 to February 2018, where Drew held positions such as Executive Chef at both the Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel and The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, as well as Sous Chef. Drew's culinary education includes an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, which was completed in 2007.
